Jeff Lagoni
Branch Manager
Jeff Lagoni is a man on a mission—to help people own real estate, build wealth, and live with purpose. After 13 years of running solo as a loan officer, Jeff found himself overwhelmed and out of balance. At the urging of loved ones, he took a leap of faith and began building something bigger than himself—a team grounded in service, excellence, and love.
Today, Jeff leads as the Branch Manager of a powerhouse mortgage team ranked in the top 1% of originators nationwide. They serve a broad range of clients with heart and hustle—from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors—handling everything from FHA, USDA, VA, and Conventional loans, to jumbo loans, reverse mortgages, home equity loans and lines of credit, renovation loans, one-time close construction loans, commercial financing, and creative financing for clients who may not qualify through traditional means.
But what truly sets Jeff apart is how he shows up. He leads with love, not ego. His compassion, positivity, and deep belief in people have shaped a team culture where everyone is empowered to serve at the highest level. Whether working with clients or mentoring young professionals, Jeff meets people where they are and walks with them toward where they want to be.
One of Jeff’s favorite quotes is: “I’ve never regretted being patient, but I have regretted being impatient.” That mindset shows up in his approach to lending. If someone doesn’t qualify today, the answer is never “no”—it’s “not right now.” Jeff takes pride in putting together personalized game plans to help people get where they want to go. He believes everyone deserves a shot at ownership, wealth-building, and the kind of time freedom that creates real choice in life.
Jeff also leads a monthly Zoom session called The Growth Zone—an open platform for anyone who wants to learn and grow. While it’s primarily attended by real estate agents, it’s also a space for financial planners, insurance agents, investors, first-time homebuyers, and anyone eager to increase their financial literacy, build wealth, serve others, and grow in awareness. It’s one of Jeff’s favorite ways to give back and pour into the community.
Outside the office, Jeff is all about family, faith, and staying grounded. He loves walking his German Shepherd, Sammy, with his wife—whether it’s around the neighborhood, by the lake, or through a park, he just enjoys being with his ladies. He’s devoted to watching his son play college baseball, sharing laughs with his witty daughter, and staying strong through weightlifting, cold plunges, and healthy living—so he can continue to show up with energy and purpose. His favorite hobbies include fishing anywhere he can find peace and quiet, and watching high school and college wrestling, a lifelong passion that fuels his competitive spirit.
And one of the most meaningful hours of his week? Thursday morning men’s Bible group—a sacred time that fuels his spirit, centers his heart, and reminds him what really matters.
Through every season, Jeff remains committed to serving others and grounded in purpose. He’s here to empower his community, help others win, and create a life of freedom and fulfillment—through real estate, through relationships, and through living a life that’s built on love, not fear.

Kori Beadle is, hands down, a true unicorn. With over 15 years of experience in Mortgage Operations including Processing, Compliance, Closing, Post-Closing, Quality Control and Training, she is the backbone of the team. Kori exudes love, kindness, patience and has a natural bright light that she shines on the team, while constantly striving to increase efficiency and quality which makes the process smooth and painless for borrowers. Kori is passionate about helping borrowers and loves to troubleshoot problems, help others develop in their profession, and share her wisdom of guidelines and systems. Kori’s presence, faith, strength, understanding, and knowledge are unmatched and a pillar that the team leans on proudly. When she’s not working, Kori can be found serving at church, spending time with her husband and miracle twin babies or binge watching The Office!
